6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹599; shipping charges may apply on orders below this amount.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.

7. Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the product being unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain items (e.g., earrings, for hygiene reasons, or customized/personalized products) may not be eligible for exchange.
